Nope! We understand that things come up. Whether you go on vacation for a week or move to another city permanently, there’s no commitment required. If you need to skip a week, simply click “Skip Order” within your account before the order deadline of Tuesday at 11:55pm Eastern Time or 8:55pm Pacific Time. If you need to cancel, you can do so through the "Manage Subscriptions" page of your Odd Bunch account or contact our team at help@oddbunch.ca.

I sent a cancelation a few hours late. 3 am . Then you claimed I was too late to cancel. I'm sure my boxes were not yet ready or even packed yet. Through email you agreed to cancel my account . Then I find you are charging me for 3 boxes.. what happened to canceling my boxes and my account. If I am not refunded the $90.oo plus you can count on bad reviews all over FB , TIKTIK , Instagram etc… Please deal with this.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last month and still today I was delivered 2 boxes of which I never ordered so I sent them back and I never ordered 2 but was delivered 2 . I just can hardly wait to get out of this nightmare
