We are a zero-commitment weekly subscription service, which means you can cancel or skip any orders without any penalty as long as you do it before the deadline of Tuesday 11:55 pm. Orders are scheduled automatically if you do not skip them.
We have an option of updating the frequency to biweekly, once every three weeks or even monthly. You can also pause your subscription if you'll be away for an extended period. To do this, you can email us at help@oddbunch.ca for assistance or use the Manage Subscription section after logging into your account.

I paid and nothing has arrived… I am calling my bank to keep odd bunch from taking $$ from my account

Today I received 2 boxes by mistake. I intended to order just one box. This is too much of vegetables for us & some may go waste. How do I skip my future orders ?
