Here are the steps for skipping orders:
Log into your account
Click ‘On your Profile’
Click ‘On View Upcoming Orders’
Click ‘Skip Order’ for the corresponding delivery date/week
Click ‘Yes, Skip this Order’ to skip it
If it changes to say ‘Unskip’, it is skipped correctly
Skipping Deadline:
- You can skip orders up to 10 weeks in advance.
- The change must be made by Tuesday at 11:55 PM ET / 8:55 PM PT for the upcoming week.

This would have been helpful if when I go into my profile there would be something for me to click on to proceed to what I want to do.
Your website is terrible, I can't seem to easily change my delivery date therefore, I'm going to cancel my subscription. Please make sure it is cancelled before my delivery date of this week.

Yes the website is terrible. Takes you around and around in the same loop, to never get to what you want.

Logged in and skipped this week's order (have screenshot confirming this), order was delivered anyway. Sent in a support ticked immediately upon receipt of confirmation email (hours before delivery), no response. Now I have a box of veg I can't use, and charged for it as well. Defeats whole purpose of program, will probably cancel subscription
Website is terrible and confusing.When I signed into my account. Can’t see upcoming order and I want to skip the delivery.
I am having the same problems. Website is horrible. You'd think it would be more user-friendly to continue have customers 🙄
I am trying to skip 1 week and the instructions say to view upcoming orders…but the website doesn't have this option.
I am having the same problem, I cannot manoeuvre through your website. I wish to cancel as it is to difficult to communicate with you and the produce received is not worth it. This was a trial and I feel it failed. Thanks for the experience, please cancel
