How do I skip an order?

Here are the steps for skipping orders:

Log into your account

Click ‘On your Profile’
Click ‘On View Upcoming Orders’

Click ‘Skip Order’ for the corresponding delivery date/week

Click ‘Yes, Skip this Order’ to skip it

If it changes to say ‘Unskip’, it is skipped correctly

 

Skipping Deadline:

• You can skip orders up to 10 weeks in advance.
• The change must be made by Tuesday at 11:55 PM ET / 8:55 PM PT for the upcoming week.
