If you have signed up before the weekly order deadline of Tuesday at 11:55pm Eastern Time or 8:55pm Pacific Time, you will receive your order within the same week. If you signed up after the weekly deadline, your first order will be scheduled for the following week. You can check your delivery day by entering your postal code on our Delivery Area page.
All deliveries are typically made between 12:00pm and 8:00pm local time. The exact time of delivery cannot be specified, as we optimize deliveries within your neighbourhood in order to minimize our carbon emissions and negative environment effects.
Our delivery team will provide you with the most accurate delivery window possible on the day of delivery, as long as we have your phone number on file. We will ring your doorbell or knock upon arrival, unless requested otherwise.

I haven’t received my small mixed box ?
I didn’t receive mine either
Still haven't gotten the box either as of 8:30pm.. I have been waiting since 6pm (eta was 6:30pm) and the eta kept delaying.
It is Thursday, April 2nd, before the long weekend, and I haven't received my small box plus or any information (i.e. tracking number) on when it will arrive. I ordered on Monday, March 30th.
I was charged but haven’t received my small mixed box. What’s going on???
I am a new client. This is the second week that I have been charged for my order and NO delivery! Incredibly frustrating especially with no human to talk to. Not sure that I can subject my family to one more week of this horrible customer service and NO delivery.
