Yes, we deliver to apartments, as long as you are able to provide us with the necessary information to complete a delivery in your building. This includes your apartment or unit number, as well as buzzer or entry code, where applicable. If you have additional delivery instructions, you can add them to your account within "Manage Subscription". If we are unable to connect with you or gain access to your building at the time of delivery, your box will be left in the intercom or lobby area and a proof of delivery will be sent to you. We do not take responsibility of any theft that occurs as a result and encourage you to collect your box promptly after the delivery is made.
